AI ADS Refund Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

Our refund policy was created to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a transparent and fair process. By subscribing to our SaaS service, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. REFUND PROCESS

2.1 Monthly Subscription

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is automatically processed each month on the initial subscription date. The administrator account is included in AI ADS whitelabel plans and can also be used for clients.

2.2 Refund Period

Customers are entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid in the first month of subscription within 7 days from the purchase date.

2.3 Cancellation Request

To avoid future charges, customers must request subscription cancellation before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests made after billing are not eligible for refund.

3. REFUND REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Refund Requirements

The refund request must be made within 7 days after the subscription date. The customer just needs to request the refund via WhatsApp or email and it will be done immediately if within the deadline.

3.2 How to Request a Refund

Send a message on WhatsApp (+55 21 1977-48573) or email (contatc@aiads.com.br) with the subject 'Refund Request'. Include your account details (name and email) and state the reason for cancellation. If you are in your first billing cycle, you will be entitled to a refund and it will be done immediately.

3.3 Refund Processing

After receiving the request, our support team will analyze the request. If the request meets the established criteria, the refund will be processed and the amount will be returned through the same payment method used for the purchase, within 1 business day.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

4.1 How to Cancel Subscription

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through our communication channels. Just provide your email and reason for cancellation, and our support team will process the cancellation for you.

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

Cancelling the subscription prevents future charges but does not grant a refund for the already started subscription period. The customer is only entitled to a refund in the first billing cycle.

5. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Any indication of fraud or abuse of our service may result in the suspension or cancellation of the user's account, without the right to a refund.
